Butelka, warka do 01/10/19.

phaleslu (9780) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - APR 30, 2015
Draft at Ei8ht Ball, served in a taster. Pours a hazy, dull orange-amber color with a small off-white head that settles into a thin ring. Tons of sugars in this, with dates, cardboard, booze, and holiday (sweet and spiced) bread. Medium-full bodied, with moderate carbonation and a sweet, boozy mouthfeel. It seems kind of old, particularly on the aroma. Pretty intense. Not much balance. More than 4 oz. would be a chore.

Draft to taster at Ei8ht Ball. Pours a hazy orange amber color with a thin off white film. The aroma and flavor have dark ripe fruit, raisins, caramel, wood, some alcohol, no question there is some alcohol with this but it doesn’t distract, dry with a bit of bitterness to the finish, some Belgian yeast, not bad.

b3shine (8461) - Indiana, USA - APR 25, 2015
Draft to taster at Ei8ht Ball. Looks solid; a cloudy caramel orange with thin eggshell lacing. Smells solid too; malty with notes of raisin, plum, and Belgian yeast. Tastes like it smells with notes of caramel and a medium full-bodied mouthfeel. Smooth for the abv. A solid Quad.

Bottle at Örebro Ölcafé. Hoppy smell with dried fruit, malty anda bit boozy. Similar taste. Noticeable but not powerfull bitterness. Sweet and malty with dried fruit, some plums. Malt dominates. I like it, like a belgian barley wine.

On tap at Milkeller Bar. Pours reddish brown with a thick beige head and a fruity aroma. There is a hearty caramel malt flavor with some candi sugar and dark fruit. Nice yeast presence and a dry more bitter finish.
