Soft clean amber pour with a profuse billowing sticky offwhite head. Aroma is funky and earthy with pepper, dry, and spicy notes. Bread dough and pear flesh in the nose and flavor. Very dry and lean with a spicy/peppery funk and earthy finish.

A delicious, delightful pale ale. Crisp and fruity, wonderfully fresh, and almost floral. And yet the body still retains the fat chunky hoppiness which floats around subtly in the background. So so so fatty. Fans of the Aqua-Puss analog delay from Way Huge will enjoy this one.

Tap Craft Bier Fest München. Dry citric, Belgian nose. Amber red hazy, off white head. Weirdly tart entry - grape vinegar. Fruity hop notes, wide bittering, hay malt, tropical fruit residue, is this what a house tastes like?

Tinaccio (514) - Milano, ITALY - APR 20, 2017
330 ml bottle at Wild Turkey, Castelgomberto (VI), Italy. Colour is hazy golden orange with a medium, frothy, white head. Aroma is fruity, hoppy, citrus, orange, orange zest, grapefruit, peach. Notes of malt too. Taste is fruity, malty, spices, herbs. Medium sweetness and medium bitterness. Light to medium body with average carbonation. Finish is fruity and sweet. For me very good!
