light beige head leaves some structured lacing. brown colour. aroma is orvally, bretty, rosy, saison yeast, lactic acid. taste like aroma, but also mouldy orange/lemon, caramel with a bitter finish that lasts long. medium body and carbonation. bottle 33cl / bbf oct-2018 rzymol (118) - - FEB 26, 2015
Bottle, 33cl. Pours dark hazy amber with very stable, homogenous, white head creating a very nice lacing. Aroma is very complex and built of mashed red fruits, white grapes, peach, lemon and wood. Taste corresponds with beer scents: it develops from malty sweetness and goes to lingering bitterness in the background with a touch of intense fruity sweets. A pleasant dry feeling that corresponds to white wine and stays in the aftertaste interacts with funky microbial impression. The alcohol is totally hidden and the overall experience is very refreshing. Enormous drinkability. It is definately brewed with a great knownledge and control of biochemical processes. Another great and unique deal from To Øl. Zekada (427) - Helsingborg, SWEDEN - FEB 21, 2015
Draft at Mikkeller & Friends. Pours amber with a small white head. Aroma has some fruits, malts and is very sweet. Taste is just the same as the aroma. Palate is very drinkable and complex. Overall a really nice tasteful, sweet and complex beer. Swaroga (2223) - Warszawa, POLAND - FEB 6, 2015
Thanks to this beer I know that caramel and red dried fruits go well with barrel aging ! The beer got more dry and the alcohol is superbly hidden. The drinkability of this beer is perfect. I love it. Aromas are fruity, wine and wood. What an enlightenment. Maakun (6319) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - FEB 4, 2015
Bottle. Light hazy Amber with good sized off white head. Spruce, white wine, caramel, sour grapes, lots of aromatic hops with citrus and pine. Medium sweet malty in the beginning going into light tart aromatic fruitiness and finishes medium dry bitter. Medium bodied with light creamy feel. Complex and extreme stuff, every sip is different. quite strange but not bad.

Bottle shared 30/4/14. Dark amber/auburn, off white head fades slow. Sweet caramel, peach and soft orange citrus nose, some rich malt layers, light dried fruit, some soft berry notes. Medium full sweet, moderate rich malt, raisin, berry, orange, slight bitter, hop and tannic oak, medium spicy Belgo esters, touch of funk, dry finish. Interesting, but nothing outstanding. wekker84 (2389) - etten-leur, NETHERLANDS - JAN 30, 2015

Riktigt bgott. zacgillbanks (5435) - Tyne & Wear, ENGLAND - DEC 31, 2014
Bottle from Rehills, Newcastle. Hazy dark amber coloured with sweet spicy red fruit and tart apple flavours with an orange marmalade and zesty fruity finish. MarcoDL (5303) - NETHERLANDS - DEC 14, 2014
Bottle. Ruby red, small white-ish head. Fruity and slightly sour aroma. Taste is quite diverse. It has some dark dubbel malt, a slight milky sourness and some nice warming fruitiness of the wine aging. Long finish with some vanilla. Original and very tasty.
