Aroma of some horse with resin and caramel. Really nice medium bodied beer with a really complex thing going on. Quite some bitterness with a very dry taste. Reminds me of Evil Twin Disco Beer. Awesome beer.

12oz bottle into a tulip. Deep amber with off white head that dissipates quickly some small bit of lacing. Traditional BSA aromas, the Belgian sugars, caramel, some hop resin, barnyard. Taste is the same, interesting caramel/toffee kick about half way through the taste that was very appetizing.

Bottle, from vending machine at the To Øl stand @ CBC 2014. :-) Pours a hazy orange-hued light brown body with a large rocky off-white head. Nose is mild toffee, candi sugar, wood, farmhouse yeast, mild banana and hints of bread and straw. Taste is caramel, burnt sugar, banana, Belgian "white bubble gum" estery tones, bitter herbs, mild red wine, wood and hints of farmhouse yeast, resin and red berries. Full body, medium to high carbonation. Nice BSA with a distinct barrel touch from To Øl.

Shared bottle, poured a amber slight reddish colour with a off white head. Grapes, apricot, sweet apples, lactose, slight sour grapes, but the sweetness is still the over part, oak, Brett, caramel. Full mouthfeel. It’s a pretty unique beer

Bov (12636) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - APR 23, 2014
from Erzbierschof - pretty clear dark reddish beer with a little beige foam left; woody and light vinous; strong presence of cherries and hints of vanilla and red fruits marmalade; full-bodied, fairly bitter and with a decent sourness, long fruity and woody finish showing an increasing sourness - interesting and very pleasant

4.2
Davros (3178) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - APR 3, 2014
Pours copper with a fading head. Nose shows some red wine notes, a funky wild yeast character, sweet malt, raspberries, gooseberries... Awesome stuff. A similar mix of flavours. Red wine, acidic wild yeast notes, sweet confectionery notes, caramel, chocolate. A bit cloying, needs more acidity. Nice moderately high carbonation.
