The great warrior of Gath. The mighty champion of the Philistines. Embedded in ancient folklore and religion. Coming from the World of Old. His size and stature is not human. He is bigger. The armor of Goliat is black. Creamy black lacings. Stands with a towering height. He can grab elements from both earth and heaven. Earthy, roasted, notes from the earth. Warming, pungent, sweet notes from the skies. His heart is beating slowly, almost endlessly slow. This man is thought to be invincible!

Ingredients: Water, barley malt, roasted barley, dark cassonade sugar, flaked oats, hops, gourmet coffee and yeast.

Black with a dark brown head - Roasted malt and some hints of coffee in the aroma - Gentle roasted malt body with some coffee and some bitter tones in the back along with some alcohol heat - The roasted malt goes into the finish with some bitterness and alcohol warmth - This was good, but i expected better

Bottle sample at a tasting. Thanks Tom. Pours brown black with a small beige head. Pleasant aroma of dark chocolate, coffee, mocha and roasted grains. Medium malty sweetness, more chocolate, coffee, cocoa, burnt flavors. Medium-full bodied, oily and smooth. Tasty.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L place. Thanks Tom. Opaque black with brown head. The aroma has lots of milk chocolate, coffee, some wood and raisin. Very bitter flavor, sourish with notes of coffee, wood, some roastiness, a bit alcoholic. Oily texture, full-bodied. Nice.

Absolutely incredible beer. To the point it has got me to rate again. Big coffee flavours, sweet but also some nice added hop bitterness. An absolute must try
