Bottle. Pours dark brown with small brownish head. Aroma cocoa, hay, vanilla, milk chocolate, roasted. Taste: cocoa, dry hay, milk chocolate, nuts, oat, roasted. Full body. Dry sweet-bitter finish. Good but somehow boring.

kappldav123 (6129) - GERMANY - NOV 28, 2016
Old rating from CBC 2014. Beer in the glass deep black, small head. Spicy-malty aroma. Starts fine soft-malty with notes of coffee and cacao. Finish a bit milder, still soft and modest dry. Finish with coffee notes. Nice one!

ciocanelu (2853) - Timisoara, ROMANIA - OCT 22, 2016
Dark brown color with tan head. Aroma has sweet malt, dark chocolate, fudge and some oxidation notes. Taste starts on the sweet side, with chocolate, cacao, some old coffee, oxidation notes. Finish seems to have even some hops. Medium body with medium to low carbonation. The bottle is quite old and you can taste it, but overall it’s not bad.

Vighals (4348) - Sørumsand, NORWAY - JUN 16, 2016
Svart med fingerhøyt beige skum. Lukter kaffe, trevirke, vanilje, mørk sjokolade og salt lakris. Middels fylde. Salt lakris er hele vegen. Søtlig svisker og vingummi. Lite bitterhet. Middels lang

Hmm... not sure what to make of this one. It doesn’t taste of an awful lot at all... mild coffee, chocolate, some vanilla... not much roast. Weird.

Ungstrup (38242) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - APR 3, 2016
Draft. Ablack beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, and dried fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, chocolate, and dried fruits, leading to a bitter finish.

3.3
simont1 (620) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - AUG 16, 2015
Cola colored. Aroma is quite weak and very faint, this is not a beer that’s very intense, but very subtle - aroma of faint licorice, stale coffee, green paprika, vanilla. Taste a bit of milk chocolate, light booze, caramel. Incredibly thin. Impressively tasteless.
