Medium/heavy aroma of malts, caramel, dark fruit, chocolate, roasted malts and pepper.

Opaque black beer with medium yeast and with a slight/medium brown/dark brown head.

Starts medium/heavy sweet with malts, caramel, dark fruit and chocolate; ends slightly bitter, dry and hot with roasted malts and pepper.

This beer is intense, complex and balanced. Great to have three added chili and no have them even that noticeable, simply adding a bit of dark fruit and hotness. Perfect appearance and a great aroma and palate as well.

Bottle, 375 ml from Majstor za Pivo, shared with JFK10000. Pours black, small dense tan head. Chocolate, roasted, dark fruit, fried fruit, some chilli, warming, sweet. Oily texture. Full bodied.

375mL bottle from Bucket Boys, Sydney Inky black pour, thick, holds a dense tan head triumphantly. Big nose - sort of hoppy & spicy - citrus, grass, passionfruit, with bold chocolate, charry, smoky, roasty notes - intense! Palate is immense - thick, smooth, velvety, warming, charry acrid dryness seemingly from more than just roast malt. BOOM flavour hits is out of the park - quite possibly the best (unoaked) imperial stout flavours I’ve come across - bags of rich dark chocolate, espresso, then this edge of chilli comes though - spicy, roast capsicum, smoked chilli, black pepper, hint of sort of cinnamon & vanilla. Smooth rich finish, bitterness good, booze warming. Big huge hell yes to this - chilli stout done very very well!

Pite z butelki. W aromacie czekolada, słodowość bardzo przyjemnie. W smaku bardzo pełny oleisty, czekolada, pralinki. Troszke za mało czuć dodane papryczki, ale oprócz tego świetne piwo.

Black color, medium sized brown head. Aromas of bananas, salt, chocolate, brownies, licorice and slight alcohol. Taste of salt licorice, cacao, brownies, chili, roasted hints and smoked meat. 8-4-7-3-15.

Bottle at home. Three year old bottle. Pours a dark brown to black colour with a big thick light brown head. Aroma of chocolate truffles, coffee beans, oak, nuts, rye bread and some smoke. Compact flavor of dark chocolate, roasted coffee beans, ash and ends grassy and little spicy. Has a rich and soft mouth feel, full-bodied and a medium to heavy bitterness. A well roasted and flavorful IS. Sweet aroma and rather bitter taste.

Tap at Erzbierschof Zurich. Pours pitch black with a little beige head. Aroma is chocolate, booze, mint, caramel. Body is heavy and strong, very very sweet and sugary throughout, with a lightly burning chili spiciness developing, some nuts. Soft carbonation and quite smooth. Spicy sweet palate, with sugar and warming booze. Good!
