33cl bottle. Pours a clear golden orange color with a huge white head. Creamy and lasting foam. Aroma is mostly hoppy with little malty background. It’s really a showcase for citrus, pine, grapefruit, mango. Taste is on the bitter side but well balanced. There’s a lingering bitterness throughout the whole sip, with the backbone malty sweetness that increases midway on the tongue and finally disappears to leave a bitter dry sensation in the mouth. Caramel notes and slight alcohol burn at over 10%. Body is creamy and full with soft carbonation. Overall, very nice and balanced, yet rich in flavors. callmemickey (4549) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 31, 2012
UPDATED: JUN 9, 2012 Hazy golden-orange body. Large, long-lasting white head. Good lacing. Strong grapefruit and pine presence. A bitty catty and vegetal at times. With each sip, the biscuit and caramel malts start to overwhelm. The hoppy notes get a bit lost in this malty assault. Medium-full bodied, a bit cloying, and not as dry as an imperial IPA should be. Bottle from Tasty Beverage Co. in Raleigh, NC. Pours opaque cloudy orange with large, frothy, small bubbled egg shell colored head. Nose shows some sweetness up front (which I’ve come to expect from IPA from Denmark), citrus, pine, herbal hops as well as some tropical notes--papaya, guava, pineapple. Flavor is bitter and dry with some light sweetness. More grapefruit and tropical notes, and very dry for the country. Surprised by the little amount of residual sweetness. Alcohol very well hidden. 10.5. Wow. Nice. sebletitje (10095) - Enghien, BELGIUM - MAR 22, 2012
draft @ Delirium Hoppy Loft.

Pours dark orange, creamy off-white head. Aromas of tropical fruits, heavy malt body behind it with notes of caramels and candy. Quite hoppy as well. The body is big and rich with loads of malt and a pleasant bitterness. Notes of red berries.
11.2oz bottle. Pours a hazy burnt orange colcor with a two finger white head that quickly fades to light lacing. Smells of heavy pine and citrus hops. Pretty pungent. Tastes malty sweet upfront followed by a lasting bitterness. Tastes fruity but with a big malt character. The hop presense is not as big in the taste as it is in the smell. Mouthfeel is a light to medium with lots of carbonation.

Hazy orange colored pour. Small off-white head. Not much lacing. A hoppy aroma, some citrus notes, little bit of butterscotch. Same with the taste. Bitter front, middle, and back. Slightly carbonic. Little bit of malt in the flavor as well, but not much to balance the hops out. Slight chalkiness. Pretty decent beer overall though. (haha, overall) JorisPPattyn (10026) - Ursel, BELGIUM - FEB 23, 2012
Medium, dense, lightly yellowish coloured head over hazy orange-ochre beer. Cat’s pee, blackcurrant leaf, passion fruit. Rather catty hops, definitely, even a bit of human sweat. Yet, Overall it’s quite, and mainly, fruity. Very bitter, with hops, citrus, citruspeel, but also arachide, peanuts. Some fatty acids? (@ De Proef???) Woodbark, and a peppery finish. Cattiness all but gone in the mouth, but also much less fruity than the nose. Sharp MF, quite carbonated, medium bodied and very slick, but a tad agressive. Another one that, let’s be honest, is pretty unidimensional, Overall... drunkenpolack (319) - Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA - FEB 1, 2012
It has glowing, hazy, cloudy orange. This beer is huge on taste and aroma. As soon as you pour this beer a grapefruit and citrus aroma blasts the nostrils. I had this beer a good 5 feet away from me and I could smell it. Overpowering taste of grapefruit. Citrus and pine follow but damn grapefruit dominates in a way that I’ve never quite got from any other IPA. I enjoyed it a lot. Hammy78 (974) - Dundas, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 20, 2012
Bottle purchased at "The Village Beer Merchant" in Buffalo. Pours a hazy/ cloudy orange, huge white head that is quite active, leaves a lot of spiderweb lacing behind. Aroma is super citrus, grapefruit, orange, peach, a bit of hops. Tastes bitter there’s no question about that. The bitterness hit the roof of your mouth even. Tastes sweet as well and soft/ smooth in the mouth and on the tongue. Still some citrus in there, but more like lemon zest. You don’t have to threaten me with a Mikkeller brew, always comes through tasting awesome.
