Bottled. Pours hazy, deep golden wih an avage sized off-white head That leaves a good lacing. Aroma of citrus, grapefruit, orange, caramel and coffee notes. Sweet flavor that ends up solid bitter and with some alcohol. Medium to full bodied, oily textute and soft CO2. A very nice DIPA. ★★★★ JEK69 (397) - FRANCE - MAR 20, 2013
It pours orange/amber with floating yeast agregates and a huge white foam head that does not last.
It smells green coffee, tastes roasted coffee, herbs and malt. Warmth in mouth and smoothiness contribute to the length of this nice IIPA.
Sweet then bitter aftertaste.
Very nice beer ! conway (2210) - - MAR 18, 2013
Uploading old ratings that were missing comments. I was very dubious of the concept to start but the coffee bitterness definitely worked with the hop bitterness. Really cool concept and executes surprisingly well.

33 cl bottle poured in to a snifter. Deep orange colour with with a dense, off-white head. Fruity aroma with a huge load of coffee notes, red berries, a solid caramel malts base, citrus, pines and orange peel. Coffee is almost too overwhelming. Taste has a medium bitterness. Full body, oily feel, soft carbonation. Finishes long lasting bitter with a huge amount of coffee. The coffee flavours is almost too much of a good thing, not exactly the most subtle beer however, still a great experience for a coffee lover like me. vikingguy (1106) - Carver, Minnesota, USA - MAR 1, 2013
Cloudy apricot color, tall foamy head. Sour hop aroma. Very rich flavor. The description of coffee 2xIPA is right on. It has a definite coffee flavor mixed with a rich hoppy malt base. This is so rich to the point of cloying but very unique and glad I tried it. Damico (3150) - Royersford, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 23, 2013
This is a big boy. Pours unclear orangey amber with a big frothy head. The aroma brings a pleasant nuttiness and then some syrupy sweet malts. The body is very thick with huge sweet thick, syrupy malt notes and then some light coffee at the end, a bit of bitterness lingers as well, rlgk (18844) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - FEB 23, 2013
Bottle. Hazy copper/golden beer with a quite nice offwhite head. Hoppy fruity aroma, espresso, coffee beans, caramel, earthy, citrus, hay, bitter, some cocoa. Bitter coffee flavor, grassy, metal, grapefruit, citrus, earthy, floral, cocoa, leather notes. Bitter grapefruit finish with espresso. Interesting experiment, but better without the coffee.
