Bottle shared @Freiburg testing. A red beer with pink head. Nose is on red fruits and wild yeast, grapefruit. Taste is very dry and astringent, red fruits, currant, light tart notes, very kriek like.

Bottle. Purple color. Aroma has sweet blueberries, wheat, yeast and some spice. Taste of soft tart blueberries, dry grassy yeast, rye spice, wheat and a fruity finish. The berries work well.

Very nice purple colour with beautiful pink head. Aroma of blueberries, strawberries, cherries, young red wine. Taste is light tart and light bitter, the flavour of the yeast is noticable, also the bitter character of the skin of the blueberries. Light body, slick texture, average carbonation. Pretty good.

Aroma: 7
Medium aroma of malts, blueberries, tart and citrus.

Appearance: 5
Opaque red/purple beer with a medium pink head.

Taste/Palate: 7/4
Starts medium sweet with malts and blueberries; ends slightly bitter, dry and sour with tart and citrus.

Overall: 15
This beer is rather intense, complex and balanced. Amazing amount of blueberry that totally dominates the aroma and flavour. The saison is there at the background, which mostly manifests in some citrus. Perfect appearance and a great palate, but both the aroma and taste could have been something more.

Cerveza compleja, de las que trascienden estilos. Ácida, con presencia de frutos rojos. Con final seco y ligeramente amargo. CAN. BB 16/01/2018

I don’t know, kind of almost great. When I open the bottle it started to form out so wasn’t quite a gusher. But then after sitting in the glass for a bit the beer is almost flat. But the aroma is fantastic with huge blueberry yeast and funk. Flavor’s like nose, tart and extremely long blueberry finish. Would probably work very well for cooking.

Canned. 50cl sample. The aroma has fruity blue berries, some red berries. Dark red coloured beer with a medium sized, pink head. The taste is light sour, refreshing, bit tart and very fruity. Medium bodied beer. Not really complex, but full of taste. Nice.

I don’t know how I’d classify this bad boy. Fruit beer seems wrong. Saison seems wrong. It certainly is unique and delicious. Fruity and yeasty notes in nose. Looks like a funky wine given the light purple head, maybe a red champagne. But those bubbles would not stay like this does. Initial feel is a bit tart, a lot gritty, finishes fruity and dry.

UPDATED: JUL 1, 2017 Color morado, opaco, con capa de espuma fucsia de tres dedos de grosor (buena retención). Carbonatación media. Textura acuosa y ligeramente efervescente. Seca. Retrogusto de amargor muy suave y especiado. Extraña y rica.
