Bottled. Pours black with a small, lacing tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, caramel and a little pineapple. Alcoholic and licorice flavors. Sweet taste that up slightly more dry and with a little bitternes. Medium bodied, oily texture and soft carbonation. A very nice Impy. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 thewolf (13067) - Kolding, DENMARK - FEB 3, 2018
Bottle. 37,5cl. Pours deep opaque black with a medium, staying creamy beige head. Aroma has coffee aplenty, grapefruity hops, light fruity. Quite roasted, some astringency. Medium carbonation, fine dry and quite creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has roasted malts, chocolate, soft coffee, pineapple zest that adds some lightness. Fairly vinious. The pineapple adds some interesting zesty tartness, but the alcohol dominates a bit too much. miki74 (207) - Sabadell, SPAIN - JAN 31, 2018

Al club de tast de l'Olut (Sabadell)... No correspon el que diu l'etiqueta... Pinya i gerds? és molt bona però no li sé trobar el gust a aquestes fruites (els gerds potser sí!) JLlunell (132) - Sabadelll, SPAIN - JAN 30, 2018

Poured at Shelton Festival, black with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is roasted malt, cocoa, licorice. Medium body, similar flavors to nose, very boozy, light dry finish, good. LilBeerDoctor (4289) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 5, 2017
Bottle. Pours black with a very thick frothy tan head. Aroma of barrel, roasted malt, dark fruits. Not too much to the aroma. Slight roastiness with a hint of fruits. Flavor of roasted malt, oak, dark fruits, with pineapple in the finish. An odd beer, which is clear going in. Not a typical combination of flavors. It kind of works but is a little odd.

Interesting imperial stout from To Øl, mildly sweet with subtle but discernible notes of pineapple and coffee, a restrained mix of fruit with a more straightforward dark-n-roasty stout profile. Unsweetened chocolate, coffee, roasted malt, cherry, anise, and raisin all swirl around the pineapple, while the java grows more potent and acidic on the back end. Fade brings up coffee cherries and dark chocolate. Grows sweeter as it warms, but never oppressively so. Pours a thick black with a large brown head and massive lacing. Nose is mostly chocolate with traces of coffee. Perfect feel, smooth and rich without a trace of boozy heat. Good beer. tightslice (1536) - Redwood City, California, USA - AUG 12, 2017
Bottle from K&L in Redwood City, CA. Aroma is ripe fruit, pineapple, dark chocolate. Taste is tangy, fruity, dark chocolate, fudge. Not getting lot of coffee but the pineapple and dark chocolate flavors work really well. daje (4554) - NORWAY - JUL 16, 2017
What’s Brewing 2016, day 2. Black body with a small tanned head. Aroma is roasty, chocolate, pineapple notes. Taste is sweet and burned, dar chocolate, roasty edge. Fruity black finish, lasting roasted aftertaste. Quite nice!
