"Sometimes when you’re drunk you can see better."

This is the lager. This is the pilsner, the lager, the bottom fermented beer. This is the Captain on the deck, one of the lone lagers cruising on the ocean of ale. To Øl actually loves lager type beers, and sometimes lagers is missed out because of the many great ales present. Problem is that most people who brew lagers apparently has a taste of old dusty piss yellow obnoxious stale impotent beers. So now was the time to stir things up and tell the people how you can do a super hoppy, well balanced pilsner type beer!

Golden pour with a massive white head, which settles to about 2cm of thick foam. Aroma is orange, grapefruit, malt and grass. Taste is sweet, good bitterness up front, tropical fruit, grapefruit, and a long bitter finish. Like a lot.

Een pils met IPA smaak. De smaak valt echter vrij snel dood. Grassige bittere hop.

Super!

Aroma; pine forest, grapefruit, lemony yeast, palest malts. Look; off white big head, near clear golden body. Taste; grapefruit, pine, pale malt note, lemony yeast - leading to a hoppy finish. Feel; normal. Overall; hoppy fresh. Maybe I swear in the cellar now, but a lager should have more malts than this. This tastes as ale, close to IPA. Dominant bitter hops. Bottled at beer geek club, China. My favourite lager. Fruity aroma, balanced taste, very beautiful lager.

Clear golden with big white head. Hop resin, citrus and cereal. Dry, clean, crisp and hoppy finish. Great!

Pours a massive, creamy white top. Strong fruity aroma. Top is staying with you, it does not diminish quickly. Taste is strong upfront, very bitter. No body, which is expected for a lager, then a very hard and strong bitter finish and aftertaste.

Carbonatación media tirando a baja.
