laiti (8481) - Tampere, FINLAND - JAN 3, 2014
37,5 cl bottle @ wPBF’14, BBE 20.02.2018
Aroma has bretta, some grapefruit and apricot. Flavour has bretta, some apricot, green apples and leathery tones. Also some white wine tones and acidness. I am not a big friend of white wines but decent anyway.

TBone (17565) - Pori, FINLAND - JAN 3, 2014
Bottle 330ml (WPBF)
Pale amber color, small white head.Bretta farmhouse aroma with white wine notes. Medium-bodied, crisp carbonation. Citrusy front, tartness, evident white wine (green apple) flavors. Interesting "sparkling wine"..

Habanero (4682) - Tranbjerg, DENMARK, DENMARK - DEC 29, 2013
Bottled. Pours clear amber with a medium, white head. Aroma of yeast, white pebber, trace op grapes and brett notes. Slightly sweet flavor that end up dry. Medium bodied, oily text. and soft carb. Medium bodied, oily text. and average carb. An excellent brew.

Experiment_Ale (1098) - Dallas, Texas, USA - DEC 28, 2013
At my parents after opening Christmas gifts. Stefan brought this back from Sweden. Pours murky orange with thin head. Aroma is big Brett, perfume, white wine, green grapes, grapefruit. Taste is grapefruit, Brett, hay, farmhouse, light.

olsvammel (7226) - Örebro, SWEDEN - DEC 26, 2013
Bottle from a shop in Copenhagen. Fruity smell with barnyard and horseblanket. Similar taste. Im getting some Orval-vibes. Some white wine in the background.

Stuu666 (13433) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - DEC 23, 2013
Bottle at Craig’s tasting. Bretty nose, some grapes and wine, again, quite fizzy, sweet grape, winey, dry.

allmyvinyl (10624) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - DEC 22, 2013
Bottle at Craig’s, immediately after the non-barrel aged version. Pours hazy amber with a big white head, very frothy. Aromas of brett funk and fruit, but not necessarily white grape, more orange than anything. Taste has light wine notes, but very faint. I don;t think the beer has been improved by the aging process.

Lonick (1874) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - DEC 22, 2013
Huge bret on the nose and that’s all i’m really getting. Some citrus fruits and also some grassy notes but overall bret is the main thing.

cgarvieuk (24536) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - DEC 20, 2013
bottle at home ... golden amber ... big white head ... massive bretty ... soft fruit nose ... dry fruits ... light floral fruits ... dry zezty fruit ... light wine tones ... not really me

lusikka (7813) - Tampere, FINLAND - DEC 13, 2013
375 ml bottle.
Pours a copper colour with a white head. Aroma of tart citrus, honey, floral and brett. Rich flavour of rich grapefruit, caramel, honey, biscuit, brett and mild spiciness. Medium bodied, smooth mouthfeel and juicy, dry, citrusy finish with some brett notes. Brett is not overwhelming but accompanies the base beer quite nicely. Somewhat heavy too.
