"Heaven knows no frontiers, and I’ve seen heaven in your eyes"

This is how the Frontier beer series lost their ground, missed direction and finally found themselves again. This beer has no frontiers, meaning that it can now pick and choose among brewing specialties. Instead of being an IPA, this is a rather a Belgian ale, hopped and dryhopped with continental european hops and refermented with brettanomyces. A tart, picturesque and rural beer.

Ingredients: Water, barley malt, hops, Rock Candy, yeast and brettanomyces.

Bottle from SwakPiwa.pl Piwo ma ladna piane, zrednio trwala, aromat swiezej moreli. W smaku mirabelki morele, pigwa i inne owoce zolte. Intensywny owocowy smak ze spora dawka slodowosci oraz przyjemnej wyrazistej przelamujacej goryczki. Intensywnie smakowo. Barwa metna pomaranczowa do jasno brazowej. Kompleksowe jest to piwo.

(750ml bottle) Pours a clear yellow body with a small off-white head. Aroma of pineapple, citrus, herbs, pepper, and bread. Flavor of herbs, light pine, pineapple, pepper, and brett with a moderately bitter finish.

Bottle. Bretty funk nose, apricots, caramel, some honey, orange. Deep orange color, cloudy, thick lace. Well carbonated but soft palate. Nice tartness, great fruit, tropical, mango, nice light funk from the brett. I really liked this.

Thanks KyotoLefty for sharing the bottle! Poured into a taster showing moderately filtered solid orange with a finger of slowly dissipating tanned foam. The nose shows a mix of light notes of caramel and grainy malts. The palate is is moderately carbonated and medium bodied. Very light and dry malts throughout with a moderate bitterness on the finish. Wow, this was really uninteresting.

Bottle shared. Thanks Davido! Earthy aromas with some grass, apricot, peach and brett. Very brett-forward nose. Average carbonation with a medium body. Brett really stands out as it warms up. More earthiness with some twigs and grass: nature in a glass. Dry finish with some tartness. Awesome.

Medium amber color. Frothy white head. A bit of caramel and Brett in this nose. Medium mouth, kinda weak boring and simplistic mouth. A bit of oxidization. Ok

cloudy yellow, fluffy offwhite head. Mild aroma, slightly sourish, dry, slightly bretty, Flavor is bretty, quite sweet, caramel or sugar sweetness, sweet malts, lots of brettyish bitterness, belgian yeast, bitter and sweet, which is not really my cup of tea.

W afterteasie echa dzikich klimatów i troszkę pikanterii różowego pieprzu. Wysycenie średnie, drobne, dodające pijalności, alkohol likierowy, idealnie wkomponowany.
Kolejne udane piwo z dodatkiem dzikich drożdży. To chyba ostatnio moja nowa zajawka, która sprawdza się, jak widać, i w piwach kwaśnych, i w piwach słodkich, i w klasycznych DIPA, IPA czy APA.

Bottle shared, thanks Juan! Quite fruity, orange and floral notes, bit of funk with a light brett edge, lively carbonation, fairly dry finish. Was expecting a bit more funkiness. might be past its prime maybe.
