Copenhagen 25/12 2016. 75 cl bottle from Meny. Does not look especially Christmas like except that "Santa" is a part of the name. The label looks like a sign post from the Municipal services. Pours slightly hazy light amber with off-white head. Settles as thin but creamy layer of foam. Lacing on the side of the glass. Aroma is quite fruity. Orange, lemon and Belgian yeast. Kinda reminds me of a Orange riddled with cloves which some people use to create a bit of Christmas atmosphere. Medium carbonation and thick oily palate. Flavor is medium sweet followed by distinct fruity sour bitterness. Aftertaste is long and bitter. Not much Christmas to this - except for the cloves and the name. But a nice way to get an decent buzz. Theydon_Bois (20452) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - DEC 24, 2016

Pours amber with an off white head. Aroma of sweet dark fruits, caramel, raisins, sweet esters and slight toffee. taste of caramel, dark dried fruits, weak orange peel, slight alcoholic and sweet orange. An alright winter warmer. Vestergaard (2089) - Aarhus C, DENMARK - NOV 16, 2016
From tap at Fermentoren Aarhus. Pours an almost clear, dark reddish amber with a small off white head. Aroma has lots of spices, belgian yeast, overripe, dark fruits, dates, figs, prunes, clove, maybe slight cinnamon, or maybe it’s just me being in the christmas mood... Light caramelized banana. Taste is sweet, toasty, more malty, spiced, slight boozy. Average low carbonation and a rather full, oily body. For what it is, i think it’s decent and i like the booze in this kind of beer.
