black colour, small broan head. Aroma is alcohol, some whisky, mild lactic notes and some slight rye. Flavour is alcohol, liquorice, mild leathery and smoked notes as well as some rye and lactic notes.
Bottle 33 cl. Pours a pitch black with a creamy light brown head. Sweet roast aroma up front with a little tingling alcohol. Rich body, heavy roast, the alcohol tingles my tongue immediately and leaves very distint whisky flavours - more straight whisky than barrel really. And the booze balances the sweetness very well. Ends hot yet still manages to be very drinkable throughout. Delicious indeed. 091512
