"There is a transcendental dimension beyond language... It’s just hard as hell to talk about!"

The Sundancer is a summer session beer, loaded with american hops and a low ABV - This gives you the option of drinking it again and again during all summer! Fermented with lager yeast at a relative high temperature (20 degrees C) to give it a mixture a crispyness of the lager yeast and some pleasant fruitiness. Added is a bit of Wheat malt to make it a real summer basher.

Ingredients: Water, barley malt, wheat malt, hops (Simcoe, Citra) and yeast.

33 cl. bottle @ home. Procured from Willems. Pours a hazy, lighter straw golden with a nicely fluffy head. Smells of very fruity citrus hops, light peel & grass, touch floral, very juicy & faintly exotic. Tastes of sweet juicy citrus peel hops mixed with grass and sweet white bread dough, some powdery yeast feel to it. Very easy to drink. Reminds me a little bit of Taras Boulba, anyway this is amazing more brewers should make beers like this & also this is very fluffy.

In bottle at Craig’s. Pours a blonde colour with fair white head. Aroma of passion fruit, pineapple, pine, caramel and alcohol. Similar flavours with mild carbonation and an oily mouth-feel. Alcohol is well balanced. Mildly bitter with a dry finish. Lovely lingering passion fruit again.

Dobre piwo z nuta goryczki lekkiej cierpkosci. Aromat owocow egzotycznych zwlaszcza grejfrutow. W smaku takze intensywny smak rozowego grejfruta. Piana ladna, srednia ale opada szybko. Finisz wytrawny gdyz amerykanskie chmiele tu rzadza. Nisko alkocholowy lager, ale niespotykanie tresciwy i smaczny.

33cl bottle. Cloudy golden pour with frothy white head, lots of lacing. Aromas of grass, dry leaves and dough. Taste is medium bitter, dry but balanced. Aftertaste is bitter and long with nice, dry finish. Great beer, would not believe the low alcohol...

Bang on what a session IPA should be. Low ABV at 3% but no lack of fruity bitterness from the hops - grapefruit, peach and exotic fruit. Light in the malt. Now if only I could source a crate locally ...

From Beergium. In Teku glass. At dinner, with pizza (cheese + york) It as a very dry citric and grassy bitterness that compensates fairly well its thin body. To repeat when in mood for something with low ABV

Smell is so and so with tropical fruits hidden behind a grassy and murky aroma. Apperance is beutiful with a semi-transparent golden hue and a crisp, white head. Taste is bursting with passion fruit and mango together with a lemony tang to it. The beer is surprisingly thick on the palate and the high carbonation only adds to its refreshing taste. Overall it’s probably one of the best low alcohol beers I’ve ever had the pleasure to try.

Bottle. Pours a very appetising Gold with a durable, fluffy White head. Aroma of fresh summer. Passionfruit, Mango, Oranges. Flavour is all that and a touch of lemon zest. It’s undenyably thin but not as thin as you’d expect from the ABV. It’s a bit of a hallmark beer. Who says low ABV means low flavour? That kind of thing... It has a nice bitterness to finish. A real summery treat.

A golden yellow coloured beer with a frothy white head. A heady hop aroma, tropical fruit and a touch piney. Dry mouthfeel. A zesty bitter taste, tropical fruits again, grapefruit, lemon, passion fruit and mango. There is a smoother, cereal-type flavour in the background that comes further into the fore in the finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle @ home. schiuma bianca fine e persistente. Birra giallo dorato opalescente, qualche riflesso aranciato.
