Tasting at Matt’s, can
Cloudy golden color. Nice aroma of citrusy hops, a bit tropical. Sourish flavor, a bit stale, astringent, some lemon and orange peel, some mold too; the final is not very good.

Slightly opaque. Dirty straw colour. Puffy and frothy head that recedes rather quickly. Funky aroma with passionfruit and orange. Taste is lots of grapefruit and lemon but with a reasonably bitter finish. Extremely tart.

500ml can from El Irlandés. Pours a cloudy orange color with a big white frothy head that lasts forever. Aroma has a fresh citrusy scent combined with the sour yeasty notes. Lemon peel and grapefruit with those touches of funk, horse blanket, a bit cidery and champagnoise. Taste is sour and bitter, with the sourness prevailing. Lemon and ginger are the dominant flavors. Finish showcases a bit of minty and resiny notes to add some bitterness. Low carbonation, medium body. I can’t decide whether this is well done or a failure. I choose to like it but it could be so much better.

Cloudy orange-gold with a half inch, creamy white head which sticks around a long time. Orange, passionfruit, funky aromas. Taste is a little tart up front, orange and lemon, a bit of malt then has a fairly bitter, sour finish

Brewdog Sheps Bush. Keg. Very hazy orange - gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth light malts. Tangy orange and lemon. Little dry floral orange. Dry and mildly bitter finish. It’s fine.

Cask at Brewdog Nottingham. A hazy orange colour with a thin white head. Aroma of orange peel, passionfruit, a hint of mango, some sourness, slight tonic water and subtle bready malts. Taste of orange, passionfruit, some mango, slight Brett, a little sourness and subtle bready malts. Medium bodied and a slick texture. A dry, slightly sour, fruity bitterness in the finish. A good sour APA, love citra and this doesn’t hold back on it. Drying sourness but a refreshing drink.

One of the best hopped sours in my opinion. Citrus hops give the bitterness and the aroma.

Bottled by dusty's. Fantastic. Tropical hops aroma. Deliciously sour but crisp. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
