UPDATED: FEB 20, 2018 Sour doesn't even come close to describing this beer. I really enjoyed it though.

Can shared. Clear golden with white head. Strong lemon and lime, earthy hops, almonds, dank weeds, soft grains. Super sour. Light bitter. Over light bodied. Nice to burn your palate away but had to be tried. Tough.

Can shared at Maakun’s. Near clear golden with a white head. Aroma of massive lemon with light earthy and leathery notes. Flavour is heavy sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation. Ridiculous, light chewing on an unripe lemon.

500 ml can into tulip glass, best before 9/26/2018. Pours slightly hazy pale golden/yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining that cap. Aromas of big tart lemon, lime, tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, green apple, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, cracker, herbal, floral, grassy, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, citrus/tropical hops, lemon, lime, and light-moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tart/sour lemon, lime, tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, green apple, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, cracker, herbal, floral, grassy, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Moderate fruity/lactic tart/sourness, citrus tang, and light herbal/grassy/citrus peel/spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of sour lemon, lime, tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, green apple, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, cracker, herbal, floral, grassy, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, citrus/tropical hops, lemon, lime, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with a nice malt/sourness and tangy fruit balance. Moderate increasing puckering sourness through the glass, but not too overwhelming. Moderate increasing dryness from tart/sourness and tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a smooth, acidic/tangy, fairly grainy, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4%. Overall this is an excellent fruited sour IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, citrus/tropical hops, lemon, lime, and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink; despite the increasingly acidic/tangy/puckering/drying finish. Not too refreshing from the level of lactic acidity. This was way more sour than the rest of the series I had from the lemon/lime citrus, and less bitter with the New England style notation. Well balanced Lacto, hops, and lemon/lime citrus; with a solid pale/wheat malt backbone. Very bright on citrus/hop notes. A very enjoyable, unique, and well made offering.
