0,33l bottle from Beergium. Pours hazy golden color. Flavor of sour maltiness, salt, fruitiness, lactose, grass, sweetness. Medium body and a bit below medium bitterness, dry taste. Balanced. Quite nice and peculiar IPA, works well with sourness and Sorachi Ace, a pleasant surprise overall. MarcoDL (5584) - NETHERLANDS - FEB 15, 2018
Bottle. Golden pour. Aroma has brett funk, hay, cream and some vanilla. Taste has brett, creamy sorachi ace, vanilla, funk, some citrus and a sorachi rich finish. I really like this hop and it works well with brett. Good beer. ciocanelu (3243) - Timisoara, ROMANIA - JAN 22, 2018
Quite hazy light amber color with rocky off-white head. Aroma has the specific light buttery Sorachi Ace component, lactic tartness and fermented fruits. Taste starts tart, lemony, that weird Sorachi note again, hoppy, herbal, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium body, quite soft mouthfeel for a sour ale. Another great addition to the sour hop series. sjogro (5404) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - JAN 18, 2018
Bottle shared at home for 5k tasting wooop woop woooop. Slightly unclear golden with white head. Light sour grain, apricot, lychee, funky exotic fruitiness, typical sorachi ace stuff. Raw almond, bitter fruitstone. Tropical jazz. Light sweet and medium sour, bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. Funky lacto and yeasty business. Maakun (7108) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - JAN 18, 2018
Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Bit hazy golden with off white head. Lactic sourness, Strong soraci Ace hops with lychee, white cheese, papaya, yoghurt, gooseberries, apricot pits, grassy, soft hay. It’s pretty weird! Medium sweet and sour with not so apparent but lasting bitterness. Medium bodied with creamy feel. Fun!

, Tampere, Finland. A great implementation of the sorachi: slightly funky, sour flavors in balanced combination with hoppy fruits. Sorachi well detectable and also some bitter malts. Medium taste spectrum and medium aftertaste with slightly bitter and sour nuances. Light/medium body with medium carbonation. Overall, good quality, distinctive and refreshing product in its class. 4 3 7 3 15
can. Murky deep golden with two + finger head. After having several other variants of this series and finding little difference between them, I've been skipping some of these when they come out, but I couldn't pass up Sorachi Ace. Tart, lightly fruity with a bit of funk. Sorachi is present, but in the background more than I'd hoped. I love the idea of showcasing specifc hops, but wish they'd put the hops in more of the spotlight with this series.
