Can. Almost clear gold beer, big fluffy pale cream colour head. Palate is dry and has reasonable carbonation. Lemon tartness that gets very mildly acidic Floral Sorachi lemon emerges and a pinch of sherbet. Light dry finish. Pretty drinkable. Sorachi saves the day. Again.

Dobre. Puszka do 06.12.2017

Bottle. Slightly cloudy golden with a nice white head. Refreshing light bretty-fruity aroma. Light sour taste with very light bitter finish. Light body, medium carbonation. Light, refreshing, brilliant!

minutemat (5814) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - MAR 14, 2017
500ml can @ Chez Sophie. Pours a generally clear gold with a light mist, large frothy white head. Aroma has a pleasantly light whiff of sorachi coconut. Taste is more sharp and sour in its assertions with a biting acidity, zezty citrus and gentle brett presence. Sorachi takes a back seat, although it is there. Vibrant sour IPA, but would’ve welcomed more sorachi.

Korcz (3389) - Warsaw, POLAND - MAR 12, 2017
Backlog. Wytrawne, kwaśne, sporo lacto, zaskakująco wyraźny i intensywny kokos. Świeże, bardzo dobre.

Kran. W aromacie chmielowo, troszkę mdło. W smaku umiarkowana kwaśność, ponownie nieco mdłe. Goryczka zaznaczona.

rodbod (400) - Motherwell, SCOTLAND - MAR 8, 2017
Can from the Good Spirits Co Wine & Beer. Hazy gold with a persistent white froth. Nose is all Sorachi and sharp acidity. Taste is really interesting: nutty, creamy Sorachi, sharp, citric acidity, sweetness, and then a hard, bitter finish (almost like walnut skins), but I wish the sour notes were more complex - it seems very simple and citric. Palate is ok, but nothing special. Nevertheless, a very enjoyable beer.
