Draft glass @ Gollem. Hazy orange with a huge creamy white head. Hop aroma in the nose is astonishing, Sorachi Ace is my favourite hop, lactic profile here has acquired a soy vanilla ice cream profile, hop gives rhubarb lemonade notes, lactic with low strawberry. I have never been the greatest fan of the Sur base profile, here it feels too simplistic with basic lemon sour, lemon acidity, luckily lactic profile has a huge vanilla quality here, crazy, it lacks body but I adore the strawberry, vanilla soy ice cream & strawberry hop notes. If only it had more body, it is a bit too empty basic lemon juice bodied, hop profile is astonishing luckily.

Excellent brew, sour, some grape in taste but also bitterness, some lemon, malty overall. Excellent as I already said

Bottle. Slightly cloudy golden with a nice white head. Refreshing light bretty-fruity aroma. Light sour taste with very light bitter finish. Light body, medium carbonation. Light, refreshing, brilliant!

01.12.2018, 0,33l bottle @ home:<bk> Big creamy longlasting head. Aroma is fresh sour-ish, soda powder, sorrel, unripe berries, fresh hops, grass, citrus, leafs. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish, sorrel, soda powder, citrus, fresh hops, unripe berries, unripe tropical fruits, fruit stones, grass. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice one.

On tap. Pours an orange copper color with full head. Aromas of sour orange, stoned fruit peels and light dill. Flavors of tangerine sour candies, nectarines, dry toasted malts and just a hint of dill. Superb with such a tricky hop!

Fruity in taste with perfect sourness. An all around well balanced beer. Not too bitter too.
