Color granate, opaco, con capa de espuma fucsia de tres dedos de grosor y buena retención. Carbonatación suave. Textura acuosa y ligeramente chispeante. Aroma floral, a fruto rojo y yogur ácido. Toques herbales y florales ligeros. Final ácido. Postgusto a fruto rojo.

14.12.2017, tap @ BRUS:
Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish floral, sour grass, fruit stones, sour winegum, hay, minerals, flowers, bark, sorrel. Taste is dry sour-ish, sorrel, soda powder, berry skin, sour black currants, grass, hay, flowers. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Fair enough.

UPDATED: OCT 16, 2017 Opaque pink/red beer with a medium pink head. Slight/medium aroma with mostly sour fruit and berries, but nothing more really. The taste is exceptional rich with indeed a loads of red fruit, berries. Lovely amount of sourness that feels very fresh.

colui72 (1184) - HONG KONG - JUL 4, 2017
Pours ruby-red, fizzy with a finger of a pink head and excellent (pink) lacing. Aroma is tart, with strong berries. Attack is very sour, strong hibiscus, cranberries, light malts, spices, cava rosée. Light body, thin feel, lively carbonation, astringent, heavily sour, but very enjoyable.

Hazy pale red robe. Nose of grape, dark fruits, yeast and a bit of acidity. Acidulate attack. Attack is tart, palate on hibiscus and grapefruit. Finish is lemony and grapefruity. Very nice and easy to drink sour, fruit is strong but it is still a beer, good balance!
