Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is very yeast forward with brett notes and some grass/herbs. Taste has also brett notes with some fermented stonefruits and quite bitter yeast notes on the finish. Light, effervescent body. Not bad but it’s quite watery and overly yeasty.

Keg at Brus, CPH, 12/08/16. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white head. Nose is light bread, melon, orange, straw, mango. Taste comprises apricot jam, citric shreds, candyfloss, toasted grains, bread, touch of yeast. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a juicy hop rinse. Nice sessionable number ... not really in the Belgo camp for me.
