Bottle @cgarvieuk. April Not So Fools Tasting 2014 [Rating Backlog April 2014] Pours golden with a big white head. Nose is tart and sour, big fruits, lemons, slight salt, sour apples. Taste is big lemon and limes with some brett. BlazerT (1138) - Sosnowiec, POLAND - OCT 28, 2016
Bottle. Sensoric. Deep amber, medium hazy, fluffy with medium, semi-densed, white head. Good lacing and very average head retention. Aroma is very lactic , moderately funky, quite strong basement notes, slightly lemon and fruity. The influence of wine barrel is noticeable - characteristic mild, ripe fruit and woody character. Taste is moderately sour with slightly malty sweetness, dry thru the whole of degustation. Medium body, creamy texture, medium to lively carbonation, finish is moderately sour, tart, lightly bitter and semi-dry. In general very enjoyable sour ale with strong lactic profile and nice wine BA notes. Sven1973 (490) - GERMANY - AUG 15, 2016

Draft. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of fruits, malt, and hops. The flavor is sour with notes of brettanomyces, malt, and fruits, leading to a tart finish. Mjp12 (1892) - York, North Yorkshire, ENGLAND - MAR 12, 2016
Top quality sour, the aroma has a good funk , and clear influence from the white wine barrels. The beer sparkles on your tongue, and has a bitter lemon finish, with a teeth attacking sour finish, would love to now how acidic this actually is. Draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014 - Session 1. Pours clear gold with a white, frothy capping. Pronounced brett in the aroma, some grass, pale wood, faint melon. Light sweet flavour, somewhat salty, with notches of bitter citrus rind. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Cleansing on the finish, with nice rindy citrus, bretty poo, leather. Solid stuff - if you enjoy a bit of brett character. Beersiveknown (5292) - NORTHERN IRELAND - FEB 17, 2016

hazy pale Amber with off-white lacing. Slightly metallic with little discernible nose. Initial funk then full on citric sourness not helped by excessive carbonation, not impressed
Pours a hazy light orange with a decent fine head. Aroma is quite fruity with predominantly exotic fruits and some hints of malts and alcohol. Body is well carbonated, light and fruity, with slight hints of alcohol. Aftertaste is strong in bitterness and hops with the alcohol finally coming through. A well balanced and drinkable wild ale!
