Appearance- pitch black, opaque, a 1-finger tan head, holds well for 14%. Aroma- toffee, cocoa, dark chocolate, coffee, leathery dark malt, boozy dark fruit, rum hints, burnt roasty malt, hint of hops. Taste- thick dark chocolate, roast malt, burnt treacle, whisky fudge, bitter coffee grounds, boozy milkshake, lactose, burnt fruitcake. Thick, full and chewy mouthfeel. Very good. 33cl bottle at home, bought at Beerdome.nl. Appearance: pitchblack with medium, longlasting, beige head that leaves good lacing. Aroma: roasted malts, chocolate, umami, hint of pickled onion. Taste: high sweetness and high bitterness. Slightly salty. Notes of roasted malts, coffee, chocolate, biscuits, some lactose sweetness and a hint of salmiak. The slightest hint of nori seaweed in the finish. I never tasted caviar in my life so it might as well originate from the caviar. Alcohol is well hidden, even though I feel like getting a bit tipsy right now. Palate: full bodied, creamy and sticky texture and medium carbonation. Mouthfeel is almost perfect. I Really like this one. FatPhil (17730) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - FEB 19, 2018

Fermented with tramp toe-jam yeast - the milkiness has an obvious thrust in the direction of aged sheep's cheese. Terribly bland slick baltic porter taste - this is brewed with turbo yeast, not champagne yeast. There's no character from the yeast at all. Full palate, even a bit slimy. Hot vapours everywhere on swallowing, boost on space-x's BFG. Fuxake, people need to be drinking the Pohjala Oo family, not this shit. (Don't worry, I was subsequently voltage-calmed.)
500ml can at Koht, thanks Kairi! Pours black, beige head. Aroma of roast, sweet dark chocolate, mild booze. Taste is sweet, roasty, very chocolatey, milk chocolate. Bit salty in aftertaste. Full bodied, low carbo. Quite well hidden alco for 14%, but still boozy. Not bad at all.

Backlog. Smells of chocolate, dark malts some sweetness from lacto and some earthy notes. Taste is crazy smooth with a lot of contrasting tastes. Chocolate and lacto sweetness and coffee bitterness collide with salty and mineral notes. A bit alcoholic but strangely it went away with warming up. Realy interesting one RichTheVillan (8640) - Birmingham, West Midlands, ENGLAND - FEB 16, 2018

Cocoa and roasty nose, some spicy twist. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, Taste follows the nose, some sweet, scarce champagne yeast traces, some spicy. Where´s my caviar?
Large frothy dark brown head stayed on a jet black still body.
Huge aroma of malt, cocoa, dark chocolate, berries & dark spirit.
Full bodied, smooth on the tongue with a prickle down the throat. Clean on the back.
Bitter coffee, dark chocolate, malt, demerara, sweet coffee, dark spirits, plum & berry tastes with a long peppery, chilli finish.
Such a complex & changing beer. Rune (14159) - Tromsø, NORWAY - FEB 3, 2018
Big 750ml bottle kindly shared by Finn. A tan bubbly head blanketing the glass. Pitch black body. Chocolate nose, salty and sweet. Rich blended taste of chocolate, lactose, toffee, bread, and moments of blackcurrant. Lingering and warming end with a delicate, not overly sweet, chocolate impact.. Lovely stuff.
