Pours hazy, barely translucent apricot with a thin eggshell head. Aroma features pear and apple notes, not tart, plus a snip of honey. Is that the flower? Flavor features pomme fruit and flower/honey notes plus a bit of yeast. Mouthfeel delivers lively fizz and firm body. Insane, but in all the right ways!

Bottle at Pozarevac tasting redux. Bright lemony, yellow-gold. Nice creamy, fast dissipating head. Sweet, tart yeast aroma. Mild tart yellow fruit. Delicoius.

75cl bottle from Grand Cru, Rimini. It pours a lightly hazed apricot color with minimal head that fizzes away quickly. Aroma is tangy sour apricots, lightly jammy, tangy with citrus peel and lemon juice, lightly lactic acidity. Taste has more funky lemony dry citric sour notes, with generous amount of apricots. Closes very tangy and dry, refreshing. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. Overall, top.

Bevuta sia in bottiglia che alla spina e devo dire che alla spina è meglio. Colore giallo chiaro. Sentori citrici e agrumati. Un po’ aidula e piacevolmente dissetante. Bel equilibrio. Ben fatta. Good

Tap @ Birra+.
Pours clear golden color with a small head. Very weird aroma, fruity and a bit sour, herbal and yeasty. The witness continues on the flavor too, maybe some sour peach on the flavor, yeast and herbs, some lemon too. I can’t really tell what this is supposed to be, very messy and not that pleasant.

Draught @ Birra +. Aroma has sweetish fruits and toffee candy. Flavour has somewhat tart citrus, berry juice and slight lactic tones. Rather weird, every sip is different. A bit of a disappointment, like a mixture off fruit beer and berliner weisse. Hides the ABV. No signs of saison here.
