Dark ebony, with abundant fine and persistent slightly brownish foam. Nose citrus scent in the foreground, especially grapefruit, and then a touch of pine needles and coffee. fresh, clean and elegant aroma. Feeling somewhat oily, smooth and round mouth, with initial notes of toast and then sweet grapefruit pulp with a lightweight notes of coffee and chocolate. final fall to the bitterness of an IPA dry cutting with the presence of resin and grapefruit zest. fragrant, very clean and very easy to drink beer. Stylistically halfway between a black and a hoppy stout Ipa. Body and medium carbonation.

Pours a black color with brown notes and medium beige head with great retention. Nice aroma, pine, grapefruit, grass, roasted malts, coffee and resin. Taste is intense, very IPA-ish, citrusy, piney, grassy and grapefruity, good roasted malt and chocolaty/cofee back-end. Finishes with a strong bitterness on the aftertaste.
