Golden color with white persistent foam. Intense herbal aroma and malt. Taste is drinkable and light sweet with finish in intense bitterness. Martinus (4611) - Baarle-Nassau, NETHERLANDS - JUN 20, 2012
Slightly hazy, golden colour, white head. Aroma of American hops, citrus, ginger, malts, quite fresh. Fresh malty flavour, light bitter. Malty light bitter finish.

3/VI/2012 - on tap as "Big Sister One Shot" @ Moeder Lambic, Italian Beer Festival (2012-584) JorisPPattyn (10026) - Ursel, BELGIUM - JUN 3, 2012
Clear dark yellow to light orange beer, big creamy off-white head, little stable, pretty adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, peaches, bit of sugar, yeast, yoghurt touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: citrus, yeast, some dairy, grassy bitter hops, some grapefruit. Aftertaste: grassy hops, little bitter, not really dry, some spices. Not bad for a Pilsener.
Draught Towering, yellowish head over fully cloudy yellow to orangeish beer. Quite spiced wholemeal bread, bit peppery-gingery. Strange nose - certainly for a Pilsner??? Again this strange, very peppery, and quite hopped flavour - not C-hops, neither real big EU hops... special. I again seem to get an impression as if ginger was added. Medium bodied, quite slick, and a pappery texture. One that is in fact better than the sum of its parts. Just... a Pilsener, Bohemian at that?

On tap at Moeder Lambic. Straw body with big head. Sour nose. Taste is hoppy and bitter. Very interesting. Nice texture. Lots of hops in there and packs a punch. Well done. sebletitje (10096) - Enghien, BELGIUM - JUN 2, 2012
Draft @ Moeder Lambic Italian Beer Festival ’12.
77ships (9952) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - JUN 2, 2012
25 cl. draft @ Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas // Italian Beer Festival // I was warned that this is a Bohemian Pilsner when I order this but I went in willingly, knowing what I was getting // (a) hazy amber with a white head // (s) floral hops, touch fruity, lovely fresh lager malt, quite heavy on the floral hops // (t) bitter floral, touch grass, light yeast & minor honey, fruit undercurrent, strong citrus zest finish // (b) easy going, easy to drink // don’t know much about the style but I do have an inkling that this is far from traditional but it is a nice one danielecamo (839) - ITALY - MAY 20, 2012
Buona Pils assaggiata al Pils Pride anche se a confronto di altre Pils già + affermate ne deve ancora fare di strada...speriamo comunque in una nuova produzione antomusterione (12) - Firenze, ITALY - MAY 19, 2012
@ INDIPUBS Beautiful golden color. Honey on the nose, but not too much. A "strange" Pils, not too convincing. Moderate bitterness. These are one shot less "intense" beers produced by this excellent brewery.
