Gusher. Huge white coarse head. Hazy deep orangey opaque body. Wooden funky barnyard aroma with fruity notes. Initially there were dung notes, but by the time I’d cleaned up the mess, those had dispersed. Dryish-sweetish wooden funky taste with pine needle notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish funky mealy aftertaste with herbal fruity notes. Weird beer. It doesn’t seem to ever settle down anywhere or have any defined character. Flavour is funky, straw grains, semi sweet, apple, little spicy phenon, plastic and belgian yeast. Palate is frothy in the mouth, semi sweet and tangy. From tap at Omerta, Kraków. Belgian bretty farmhouse funk aroma with fruits, notes of apple, soft malt, floral-ish notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and a bit tart with a fairly dry finish. Body is medium. Good funky fruity Bretty ale.
