UPDATED: OCT 1, 2008 Very dense, stable, nearly black-brown head. Roasted, coffee, slightly sourish, lactic, coffeemilk. Ink, black chocolate; dry, wry woody taste with again loads of coffee-like malts. Fulminous alcohol, warming the throat as a spirit; very slick and viscous. Very outspoken coffee flavour, for the reast rather classical I.S. Special thanks to the newborn brewer for letting me have this one!
