Pour is a dark caramel with off white head. Nose is malt up front, caramel and brown sugar with an assertive hop taking over, pine and citrus mostly. Taste is lightly grainy, a bit of malt backbone with a citrusy tangerine hop and light pine. A little flabby, bitterness is moderate in the finish on a creamy body and a bit heavy with limited carbonation to try and balance.

Quasi scura, tanta schiuma, fine ma poco persistente! Aroma esplosivo di agrumi e luppolo! I bocca tanto luppolo e poco malto! Amara, secca, amara amara e ancora secca per chiudere! Rinfrescante con un retrogusto secco e amaro e con una persistente secchezza! Buonissima!!!

Kikuzzo (143) - Bologna, ITALY - JUN 19, 2012
Colore ambrato intenso, schiuma abbondante e fine, al naso agrumato e resina, in bocca esplode l?amaro con note vaga di malto. Buona ma travoo l?amaro prepotente e a tratti eccessivamente protagonista.

Bottle. If this beer was a jedi, it’d be Hopi wan kenobi. Great white top and red color. Taste and palate: hops, hops and hops again. Good beer with a lot of hops, may be too many.

Murky amber/toffee colored pour. Medium-sized khaki head. Little bit of lacing. Big citrusy hop aroma. Some sugary caramel notes in the nose as well. Taste is a vegetal bitter hop presence with a small bit of malt. Carbonic bite on the back with strong bitter aftertaste. Not bad, but a bit imbalanced.

Leighton (21258) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 11, 2012
Bottle in Belgium, probably at Hoppy Loft, Brussels. Hazy amber pour. The beer is like a hoppy amber ale. Has some nice, citrusy hops and a bit of roasty-toasty sugar. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Mild bitter finish, lightly resinous with some mild toasty malts. Good beer.

Bottle from Dranken Geers, Oostakker, Gent, Belgium 26th May 2012 consumed sat outside Frank (camper) Salzburg, Austria Friday 1st June 2012 Pours mid brown with tan head.Good soft carbonation, blisteringly hoppy from the off and a welcome hop fix after the German and Austrian hop deficient beers. Juicy in mouth but also with a very perfumed and slightly floral edge to it, though more so in mouth than on the nose. Great bitterness throughout, it is dry and furry, I love it.
