May 2017 - Bottle share at Leighton’s. Many thanks to Fergus. As ’Toccalmatto Stria Chiara Holiana’, 4.8%. Pale yellow, hazy, dense foamy white head leaves light lacing. Aroma is apple sourz, dusty, green apple, chalk. Body is light and frothy with soft carbonation. Taste has more apple, a little soapy, minerally, light malt and chalk. Not really my bag. (5-4-5-3-13=3.0)

Bottleshare at Leighton’s gaff. Thank to Fergus. Hazy yellow - gold beer, small bubbly white head. Palate is airy and semi dry, decent carbonation. Tangy lemon and mild seltzer. Very light hop fruits. Light dry finish. Clean but feels a bit hollow.

Bottle shared at Leightons place 31/05/2017. From the the brewery shop. A pale yellow straw coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is pale grains, floral, vanilla, custard.. Flavour is composed of light grains, straw, stone fruit, pineapple, chips tart citrus, white grape. Plate is crisp, highish carbonation drying finish. Nice.

Bottle shared in London - picked up in Hackney. Pours lightly hazy yellow with a frothy, white head. The nose has light minerality, pale grains, hay. Light sweet flavour, more pale grains, biscuits, lemon peel. Light bodied with average carbonation. Dry finish, with more biscuits, dried white bread, hints of meringue. So so.

Hazy light yellow to faint gold with a decent white cap of bubbles.
Nose is lemon rind, light spice, straw, white grape, breads.
Taste comprises grape must, spice, faint citrics, toasted grains, bready malts.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Ok stuff.

Bottle at LKS. Cheers Fergy. It pours hazy pale gold with a small, bubbly white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, sticky, oily, gooseberry, stone fruits, floral and white bread. The taste is dry, bitter, minerals, lemon rind, gooseberry, white bread, stone fruit, white grape and straw with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Decent for style.

Dorata pallida, velata dai lieviti in sospensione, schiuma bianca poco persistente. Aroma molto pronunciato di pepe, erbacea, citrica; in secondo piano il malto con sentori zuccherini. Al palato sempre citrica, pepata ed erbacea con una timida coda maltata che si somma al finale erbaceo e pepato. Corpo leggero, molto carbonata, forse troppo.
