Bottled. A hazy red-brown beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma has strong notes of over ripe fruits as well as notes of caramel, malt, and a bit of bread. The flavor is very sweet with notes of metal, malt, caramel, alcohol, and over ripe fruits, leading to a very dry metallic finish.

UPDATED: JUN 13, 2010 Botle 75 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours an almost clear orangey brown with a creamy and lacing beige head. Fat aroma hops in the nose with some burned caramel. Solid body, lots of fruit and burned caramel, some oxidization with nice aroma hops and quite some alcohol in the finish. More of a Barley Wine really. 301109 and 020610

Bottled, thanks fiulijn! Cloudy dark brown, rich creamy head. Rich, soapy grapefruity hoppiness. Theres licorice and grapefruit. Medium-full bodied. Dense with some syrup. Long marked bitterness in a finish where the sweetness is a bit too obvious.
