appearance: clear copper, creamy light tan head, decent lacing. aroma: caramel, light pine, mango, pineapple, and grapefruit. taste: sweet and toasty caramel malts, then tropical, citrus, and piney hops. finish: dry, lightly bitter, with lingering pine. notes: A really nice IPA. Unexpectedly good, extremely refreshing, excellent palate. Bottle from the Rare Beer Club.

kindly shared by impuritylaw @ bartlebiers cellar clearing tasting; a lot of tropical fruits in aroma, hints of coconut; more coconut in taste, morphing into very ripe and juicy pineapple, balanced by just the right level of bitterness; abv not at all noticeable. Could have been a little bit more layered concerning the obviously huge amount of dryhopping

Bottle @ Party Source / Bellevue KY --- Cloudy medium amber color, over-abundant 3" white head, fluffy strings of lace. Aroma of fruit and malt. Taste is light caramel malt that grows beautifully into a medium carbonated swallow, continuing from there to a solid floral hopped finish that lingers forever. I didn’t know the Italians were beer brewers, but this closes the discussion. Excellent.

6€/0.33l bottle :( from beer box milano. pours a cloudy pale orange with a big frothy head and a nice lacing. aroma of tropical fruity hops, fresh citrus. very fresh flavour, tangerine, mint lozenges, grass. dry, medium bitter finish.

Pale hazy orange with a thin white head. Gorgeous fruity aroma, tropical fruits and citrus mainly. Tastes is sweet-bitter very balanced, hints of mango, tangerine, pineapple, then the ocean of hops that give you a hoppy dry finish. Great IPA, I didn’t expect much, honestly.

Color arancio chiaro, con densa schiuma bianca. Al naso e al palato è frutta tropicale. Veramente ben fatta, anche se non è la migliore, a mio parere di questo birrificio.

UPDATED: SEP 10, 2016 Tap at Klooster Restaurant. Hazy golden with white head. Sweet malts, vegetal weedy hops. Light yeasty. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium body, soft carbonation. Chalky and milky feel. Fruity doughy weedy finish.

33cl @ bottle. Pale Ale con luppoli del pacifico (giappone, australia, nuova zelanda). Al naso frutti tropicali (pure mango), beverina e davvero ben fatta. Fra le Pale Ale migliori provate.

a nice fruit and earth forward Italian IPA. A little fresher than expected, given the voyage. Feel is very nice as the bottle conditioning was done well.

33cl bottle BB30/07/16 so i guess this is 4 months old... Aroma is completely uninteresting, again a beer that is only based on a lot of dryhopping, which completely goes away after a few months. Tastes like a good saison style beer now. Medium bitter, fruity finish, not too sticky. Too bad the aromatic part has stayed in italy....
