Very ’green’, hops still present after 8 months in the bottle, citrus, lemon pit, grains, light funk, a bit soapy. Medium sour, light bitter. Medium body and carbonation, dry finish.

Goudgeel van kleur, geen schuim, weinig koolzuur. Zurig aroma, licht vineus. Redelijk ééndimensionaal, zowel geur als smaak als afdronk één monotoon zuurtje. Weinig tot geen diepgang. Veel van verwacht maar beetje teleurstellend.

UPDATED: JUN 11, 2017 Bottle @ In de Wildeman. It smells promising but appearance is a little dull. Hardly any carbonic. The taste is Alright but bit to sour for my taste. But if this is your thing you’ll love it.

AIBF2016. Very hazy burnt deep yellow pour with a frothy white head. Light bready malts, yoghurt, clotted cream, lemon and grape nose. Light sour and tiny sweet taste. Slightly dry and balanced tart mouthfeel. Solid but doesn’t quite pop.

Gushing to very dense & fine yellowish head; pale ochre beer. Rosemary & lavender jumping out of the glass. Slightly sourish note. Sourish, mild lactic acid. Bit lemony, slightly herbal, but not expressly rosemary. Spritzy carbonation, light body, acidthinning. Very good - nose excepted. If, as I’m told, that this beer is his least, then I certainly want to taste the rest! Thanks, Louis!
