COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Poos is a blend of different wild ales of 6 months up to 1,5 years old. The blend of younger and mature beer resulted in a complex layered beer. It shows notes of lemon, vanilla of freshly emptied red wine barrels, funk and berries. We recommend to drink this beer either right away or give it some more aging (6 months +) to open up the aroma's even more and round the flavour.

Bottle, shared round at Jeff’s. Amber gold. Fully hazy. Ring of white. Nose is funky, woody and cheesy dankness. Ripened vine fruit. Taste is fruity and vinous. Woody dryness. Fresh mouthfeel. Soft carbonation. Twangy and clean, vinous sourness to finish.

It is impossible that a man that old is doing beers like this. But he does. Complex, sour, tart, hayish nicely balanced lambic (not a wild ale in terms of qualities).

Świetny zapach i smak świeżego lambika, dużo owocowosci, dziki i intensywny, sporo podobieństw ze świeżym lambikiem pitym prosto z beczki.

Bottle shared. Clear amber pour with a thin beige head. Notes of citrus, minerals, macerated apples, barnyard funk, wet hay, sour grapes, grape vinegar, unripe stone fruit. Quite complex, though a bit unbalanced. Really nice!

Bomber at Arensnest Amsterdam. My drinking buddy from The Kernel saw this and immediately got very excited. His excitement was fully justified. Ludicrously good lambic with all the poise of a porpoise. There is a God.
