No head which is always a downer. OK flavor but still a weird combo of flavors that dont really work together.

Odd cocoa aroma, smells a bit off? Hints of roasted malts, coffee in the nose too. Pours dark brown, almost reddish. Better than last years, very bad awkward flavor upfront, a slight sourness, but it finishes very smooth, silky chocolate. The finish is great but i cant over the begining enough to want to finish the bottle.

The aroma I encountered was much more coffee than cocoa, as it warmed a little of the honey and eventually the cocoa was hinted at, taste was harsh ,bitter ,and the off sourness, of old cold mocha coffee, almost dumped it

Dark brown with hints of orange at the rim when held to the light. Taller, thin bodied head that diminishes slowly to a a ring around the edge of the glass. Heavy chocolate and raw damp malt aromas. Some earthy hops as well in the scent. The scent just seems unclean to me. Thin and fizzy feel. Lactic stuff this is. A milk stout going beyond the expiration date. Some sweet chocolate in the middle and dry roasty finish. This seems too sour for what they intended and the label indicates October 07. Perhaps it all the zip that adds the acidic overflow. Anyway I slice it, its not very pleasurable.

Sampled @ GDBTF. Pours a pretty deep brown with tan head. Nose exactly like sticking your head in a cup of hot chocolate, palate to match. Some coffee tones, maybe slight raisin. A bit one-dimensional, but not too bad.

Bottle. Pours a dark brown color with a medium off white head. Aroma is funky and odd. Smells old and spoiled. Flavor is awful. Extremely sour and bitter. I couldnt drink it. Drain pour. Somebody has got a lot balls calling this a beer.

From a 12 ouncel bottle - This pours a dark brown, sour smelling brew with a tan head of foam. Tastewise, it sucks... all sour ale with a hint of Cocoa in the finish.
