500ml bottle from Oystermouth wine shop. Pale malt with a touch of crystal and some wheat. Slightly earthy, hints of chocolate. Lacks character and charm, but is quite drinkable.

wheresthepath (2436) - Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - SEP 28, 2008
[500ml bottle from Tescos Haverfordwest] 4.2% ABV when I tried it. Moderate carbonation (a little too fizzy for the beer) with a small foamy beige head. Sweet malt flavour, very easy drinking - reminded me in some ways of a pale lager. A good, thirst-quenching session bitter, but nothing special.

50 cL bottle. Pours slight hazy orange with a huge off white head. Mild malty and slight hoppy aroma. Light spiced and hoppy flavour with distinct bitterness showing through. Mild dryness toward cardboardish finish. Mild spiced and slight acidic finish towards bitter.

Bottle from The Wine Merchant Ltd. in (near) St. Louis, MO. Coppery amber color with a frothy off-white head. Floral and fruit aromas. Near medium body with watery/frothy carbonation. Flavor is reddish roasted caramel. with floral bitter. Very pleasant. Suggests an ESB, given the florality. It is very tasty and drinkable. Sessionable.

Tasted 5/24/08. 500ml bottle. Filtered with an amber hue. Off-white ring of head. Bready aromas. Medium bodied with a bitter tart apple falvor. Good bitterness. Touch brownie batter. Mild effervescence but it leaves a tingling acidity on the tongue. Dry malts and slight hops. Decent.
