COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Pasteurised.
Ingredients: Floor malted barley and wheat, Goldings and Cascade whole hops, finished with Fuggles.
Cwrw Hâf is our immensely popular summer ale. Very light in colour and character. A refreshing citrus palate with a fruity aromatic hop. This makes for a great summer drink.

BeardedAvenger (1027) - Addlestone, Surrey, ENGLAND - SEP 2, 2017
Gift from the in-laws. Malty arma with sharp berries. A honey amber. Bright white forthy head. Imediate impact of heavy sweetness. There is a core of bitterness, moreso in the finish. However for me it's way too sweet: saccharine, fruit syrup. Urghhh. Light bodied. Thin. Average carb. Astringent finish. Pretty odd. Sweet, bitter, sweet... it's all over the place. And kinda industrial.

Steffan (105) - WALES - AUG 15, 2017
Aroma of cereal grains, light citrus, head stays throughout, texture is quite oily, slight hoppiness but bitter and harsh taste at the end. Mediocre mild golden ale. Spoiled by claggy and sweet aftertaste.

Grumbo (3748) - Ipswich, Suffolk, ENGLAND - JUL 30, 2017
Bottle from a supermarket in Wales. Poured dark amber with an average sized off-white head. Aroma of malt, hop, light toasting, caramel and light citrus. Medium plus sweetness and medium bitterness. Medium body, oily and slightly watery texture, with soft carbonation.

SarkyNorthener (4765) - West Bromwich (Yorkshire Expat), West Midlands, ENGLAND - MAR 18, 2017
Bottle from Tesco, Aberystwyth, wales. Golden beer with large ice cream head and decent lacing. Aroma of pale malts and cereal grain. Taste is cereal grain, malts, white bread and some buttering hops. A nicely balanced beer.

invinoveritas (156) - Greater Manchester, ENGLAND - DEC 29, 2016
Pours a thick golden with a thin head. Pleasant aroma of honey and sumac. Tastes strongly of bitter apple cores, totally unbalanced - so that’s a bit of a let down.

I_LUV_BEER (231) - - AUG 7, 2016
Served in a pint glass from a 500ml bottle. POurs clear golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma is honey, grass, caramel, slightly floral. Taste is grass with honey notes and caramel, very balanced with subtle bitter aftertaste. Medium body with medium carbonation. Very refreshing!

ManVsBeer (10887) - Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - JAN 30, 2016
Bottle from Tesco, Manchester. Amber coloured with a thin head. Has a tropical fruity nose, but maltier in taste with a lot of grain and raw earthy ingredients here.

stravale (3088) - Co. Westmeath, IRELAND - JUN 23, 2015
Bottle from Tesco, Holyhead [180615]
Golden, clear, frothy white head
Aroma of malted barley, soft yeast, caramel
Taste of caramel malts, malted barley, slightly earhy hops, touch of citrus, fairly malty, soft fruits, grain
Palate - Soft carb, light to medium body, soft sweet. Finish of soft sweet malts
Overall - More malty than expected from the colour. OK for a supermarket beer - found it a bit better than the Cwrw Braf
