A copper coloured beer with the aroma of honey. It has a full and smooth flavour and a soft, flowing aftertaste.

An authentic abbey ale
The age-old tradition of the White Canons of Tongerlo lives on in this officially recognised Belgian abbey ale.

Re-fermented in the bottle
Re-fermentation in the bottle gives the beer a more intense taste and aroma as well as a longer shelf life.

Flaska. Något disig kopparfärgad med ett stort vitt skum. Dofter och smaker av jäst, kryddor, frukt och karamell. Lätt örtig och fruktig avslutning.

Bottled 250ml. -from Geant Albertville. Clear golden coloured, medium sized white head, lively carbonation, mild yeasty nose. Moderate malty, yeasty, spicy and touch of fruits and coriander in the finish. Not bad at all.

Hazy golden, frothy off-white head. Flowery notes, bit white wine, pale malt, some honey. Light to medium body, semisweet, fizzy, bit much carbonation, natural tones but bit thinly, bread also.ok, bit thin feel in this one.

UPDATED: FEB 17, 2017 Cerveza correcta. Cerveza correcta.

Bottle. Clear golden in color with a creamy white head. Very fruity on the nose. Sweet sugary notes too, almost like honey and cantaloupe. Some summer meadow and spices in the background. Light bitterness, more sweeter and fruitier tones after awhile. Nice. Ripe garden fruits and notes of cantaloupe sweetness in the end.

330ml bottle, BB 7.7.17. Served as recommended at 8C. Hazy copper blonde with sediment from last pour, off white head falls to almost flat layer as carbonation is very low. Pleasant and very classy feint aromas of sweet candied lemon scented wild honey, lollies, floral notes and balanced with a real nice spice presence, biscuit malt character suits perfectly. Super silky smooth, dry and leaves just a smidgen of that spice and sweetness as a reminder of how good this beer is, thanks to Masterchef Paul for two of these.
