Amber coloured beer with small white head and medium carbonation. A herby, coocked vegetable, arome. Full palate. Finish is bitter and herby with a dry ending and a metallic touch.

UPDATED: JAN 14, 2010 Poured from a green not orange labelled bottle - 33cl - into a goblet style glass. Lovely white head, very fluffy and creamy. Texture a bit dull but very clean looking.

Can smell herbs and citrus spices and cherry. A lovely smoke pours out of the bottle. Can taste a clean lager styled beer, good balance and can detect citurs, herbs and candy. A good beer.

Bottle. Pours orange gold with a great frothy white head. Smells of citrus and vanilla. Medium body with foamy carbonation. Flavors are fairly mild. Citrus, light malt, maybe some clove. It’s a good beer, just hard to pin down. Ends on the bitter side.

bottle, pours deep gold, tall frothy white head; good lacing. Sugar malt with a light orange peel in the aroma. Light malt with a touch of lemon sourness. Sweet with a hint of bittering hops at the end, faint lingering alcohol. Heavy carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel, lots of tingeling on the tongue. Nice light Christmas ale.

2.8
Pinball (12421) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAR 31, 2009
33cl bottle, brown and green label, 7% called christmas blond, double blond abbay beer. i hope it is the same as this one here.
pours cloudy orange. lively beer but didn’t get out of the bottle itself. large head that soon collapses.
aroma of yeast, cheese, spices, alc. faint citric fruity note keeps it interesting.
flavor is rather average or below average for a belgian beer, but it does taste good. nice harmfull blonde with no strings attached. end is very non-bitter, almost as if something is missing.
