Bottle at home, Amber with white top, good beer but nuthing special at all, expected more from a christmass beer

Beautiful rough frothy ale which secrete a good aroma of spicy hops. The taste is not quite as expected soft and fine like a typical blonde ale, but it is more pronounced spiciness of something that I think reminiscent of orange peel and apricot. Good fruit sweetness that never takes too much.

Kåstå (1273) - Mol, BELGIUM - DEC 24, 2002
Light amber with a medium creamy, off white head. Light caramel and hop aroma. Slightly sweet start with hopand yeast taste. Light bitter finish.

jonas (7991) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - DEC 30, 2003
Anonymous nose. Amber, low head no carbonation. Mainly fruity flavors, especially banana ( and a little bit prunes), it actually got very close to a weissbier. Slightly vineous notes as well and with a herbal exit.

Jukkabro (3484) - Tampere, FINLAND - FEB 17, 2005
Orange color with cloudy apearance, big bubbled white head. Spicy, mildly yeasty and fruity aroma with mild alcohol. Sweet, fruity, mildly spicy flavor, ends with dry and mildly alcoholic aftertaste.

auderale (605) - Minot, North Dakota, USA - JUN 19, 2006
Cloudy golden colored pour with nice large white head. Malty flowery aroma with a nice sweet hoppy finish. Not too bad....

Skinnyviking (9674) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - SEP 12, 2006
Bottle. White high head. Hazy orange body. Fruity malt aroma and flavor without the expected sweetnes. Not very hoppy though as the malt flavor is dominant.

Rune (13375) - Tromsø, NORWAY - DEC 5, 2006
150ml from bottle at Belgobaren in Stockholm. Light amber body with some white foam. Sweet aroma that reminds me of sherrycobbler. A lots of sweet, dark fruits in flavour. Tends to be a bit too sweet (03.12.2006).
