COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

courtesy of Guillaume Stalder - pours a hazy dark amber-orange beer with a little long lasting head; light herbaceous but mainly fruity (apricots, raisins) hoppiness with hints of caramel; a good malt backbone, a fair carbonation yet with some smoothiness, some sweetness below and a decent late bitterness, long lasting; more herbal and spicy hoppiness in the finish where the fruity tones (berries) stay behind

Appearance: Orange golden, hazy. Very creamy white head, strangely frothy.
Aroma: Mostly hops, light fruits.
Taste: Hops providing bitterness, but almost smoked. Sickly. Something seems a bit off.
Bought: Fribourg Beer Festival, 300 ml, CHF 5.00

It is a regular IPA, I bought it in Crissier, Grain d’orges. The taste is pleasant, bitter, citrus, hop and a bit watery. The body is orange and copper, troubled and yeast. The final touch is nice.

Nez d’agrumes, herbes, caramel et houblons US.
