Dabord, on a une mousse dense et persistante et toutefois bonne. Un nez de fleurs sches. Une robe blonde et lgrement trouble. En bouche cest long!!! On a du corp et trs doux au palais. La est tendance aux houblons aromatiques avec une pointe damertume. Et cela reste en bouche. Cette bire sera un peu forte en entre mais accompagnera trs bien un fromage de caractre.

Lot of yeast floating around. Light orange. Massive head. Spicy, fruity, sugary, syrupy. All about the yeast. A bit muddled.

7.6% ABV bottle from La Trinitaine, Dinan, Brittany, France. Hazy golden coloured with a soapy sweet fruity flavour, sugary and zesty citrus notes followed by a warming fruity, spicy finish.

Bottle. Golden beer with a strong head. The aroma is mildly spcied and mulled. The flavour is strong and vinously fruity. Overall a reasonable but basic belgian style beer.

Bottled. Cloudy pale yellow coloured. Terrible aroma of rotten yeast and rotten sweet fruits. Extremely sweet and yeasty flavour. Very vomitable and totally undrinkable.

maeib (8749) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - FEB 20, 2005
Bottled. A hazy orange brown coloured beer. I poured this and it had a nice white head. I left it for a few minutes, looked back at it and the head had grown to a large foamy michelin man type growth. The aroma is very spicy and peppery and the taste is equally spicy with good alcohol notes. A very tasty tripel which packs a punch but is very moreish unlike some tripels which can be a struggle to drink. Good stuff.
