Draft. During my bachelor party long weekend in the san francisco area, third stop Mikkeller Oakland. Light yellow pour with white head. Milf tart fruit, some cucumber tones. Would enjoy more if I liked cucumbers.

On tap at Toolbox, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh crisp cucumber skins, with light wild yeast presence. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of crisp, tart cucumber skins, followed by wild yeast character and intense tartness. Nice incorporation of the cucumber. Very good.

Draft. Golden with a large lasting white head. Aroma is cuke and vegetal notes, green beans, bit of funk. Medium tart flavor, lots of veg but good cuke, raw, rough. Medium bodied, nice carbonation. Almost refreshing. Pretty good.

Tap at brewery. Pours mostly clear gold. Aroma is cucumbers, lactic acid, wheat, straw, and faint tropical fruit notes. Flavor is crisp lactic sourness, clean malt profile, nicely balanced cucumber notes, and some sour citrus. Light body.

Draft at the brewery. Pours almost clear gold with a bubbly white head. Tastes like tart lemon, salty cracker malt, cucumber, and yeast. Light body and low/medium carbonation. Smells like that lemon, yeast, salty cracker malt, and cucumber.

On tap at the Knick. Nice fresh cuke nose and a little acidity. Pale straw clear with thin head. Medium body with medium-light carbonation. Mild tart wheat with fresh cucumber, light and refreshing. Light dry finish with mild tart after.

kramer (6908) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 17, 2016
Bottle. Pours a clear pale straw body with a small fizzy white head. The nose is very heavy on the cucumber, rather impressive how intense it is. Slightly funky with some light wheat. The flavor is pretty interesting, loads of cucumber up front, then some lightly sour Berliner in the middle. Finishes tart and funky with some lingering cereal grain. Light bodied with a slight cling and fizzy prickly carbonation. Interesting beer, not sure I?d drink it with regularity, but a single go at it was worth the try.
