Bottle shared at Craft. Poured hazy golden with white head. Nose was lactic acidic fruit, hops, yeast. Tart flavor, with notes of lemongrass, yeast, hops, and a lively finish.

The beer is a bright yellow gold. Fairly hazy, translucent but hard to see much through the glass. Good sized white head. A bit fizzy but there’s a good amount of lacing and a layer of bubbles hangs on gamely. The aroma has a nice tangerine lemon hoppiness on top of pleasant lacto sourness. Nice sweet hop character. Light fresh pale malt in the background. Very mild bitterness in the taste. Good amount of hop flavor. Pleasant sourness. Very easy to drink. Soft feel. Good stuff.

Poured from a batch 002 bottle. Aroma is nice with a good hop character with some pineapple, tropical fruit, citrus and dank notes. Medium light acidity with more citrus notes. Pours a hazy, golden yellow with a large, somewhat thick, white head that recdes steadily to a thin film that lingers. Medium lacing and small legs. Flavor is nice with medium acidity and some light citrus. Nice dry hop notes with grass, dank notes tropical fruit, pineapple and citrus. Light bitterness. Clean beer. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a pretty nice dry hopped sour, but not the best I have had. Clean acidity with some citrus and a lot of nice dry hop character. Good hop notes.

My Bottom Line:
Bursting citrus rinds ride this dry and bubbly Wild Ale, met by cheesy bacterial undercurrents, floral hops and a leafy, green bitterness.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam covers the misty pale yellow.
-It is hard to believe that the citrus zest in the nose can come from the hops or clausenii. It is simply too fragrant...
-The aroma on this one is a shapeshifter. Lots of complexity.
-Mouthfeel is crisp and drinkability very high.
-Mineral angles are found as well.
-This is a unique brew, no doubt! Great job!

Bottle.

YUP YUP YUP. This is the bee’s knees. What an amazing beer. Its perfect a galaxy dry hopped bretted blonde with lactic sourness. Takes notes all of you brewers, this is how you get a 4.3 score. Well done, im standing and clapping. Strong galaxy aroma and flavors hit you up front, then the tartness picks up and balances as it blends with the hops. Finish is mostly tartness (which is light and lactic) then

On draft at Stone Sour Fest 2015. Clear golden pour, with a white head. Citrusy, grapefruit, herbal, grassy, moderately bitter, some funk, oak, and lactic acid. Good.
