Bottle at tasting. Courtesy of JulienHuxley, thanks! Gusher. Hazy orange with a small bubbly beige head. Aroma is of toasted grains and dirty old caramel-like flavors. Taste also bring out a mild acidity as well as unpleasant metallic notes. Medium body. Medium to heavy carbonation. Spicy finish. These guys seems to either make something great or something awful and this one fall into the latter category.

mathieuc (4000) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 14, 2015
Gusher. Pours a hazy copper with a high offwhite head. The only thing I could smell was the carbonic acid, hmmm. Taste is also affected by all the carbonation with a metallic bite along some light green apples and a light tartness. Medium body and medium carb even though it gushed, it must have all been pushed out when we opened the bottle... Amateurish, reminds me of the last few bottles of my first homebrewed dubbel. Bleh.

czar (9680) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 13, 2015
bottle shared by julienhuxley, thanks bro! pours cloudy amber-light brown with a small creamy off-white cap, creamy lacing. sulphuric grassiness, dry toasted caramel, apples, raggy, astringent and bitter wood, metal - carbonic acid, some earthy resin, lots of berry fruitiness, hint of smoke (!), citrus, light acidity - relatively complex; pepper. bright to moderate carbonation, light body, drying and firmly astringent woody-spicy finish. o-k.
