on tap on the premises. clear bright gold pour with a small white cap offering some retention and lacing. dank melons, soft pine and citrus, lots of fresh hop pellets, gently toasted maltiness, bread character, clean american yeast. moderate carbonation, light body - oily; balanced spicy-citrusy-piney finish. pretty nice west-coast american ipa.

Pours clear gold with a small white top. Aroma is slightly dank, pine and citrus hops. Taste is a great citrus and mango hop bitterness that has a hint of dankness that it sits on your palate. Very nice.

A lightly hazed golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice fruity biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, fruity esters, nice and balanced, very nice. On tap at brewery.

Sampled at Brother’s Beer Bistro. Pours a golden colour with a nice creamy head that lasts forever. Nice creamy lacing. Hoppy nose with grassy notes, but blended by some yeast. Hints of tropical fruits. Nice bitter start with the fruits in the middle, then finishing on a bitter sharp note. Quite a nice IPA and good experience for my first from this new brewery. Was told they received this keg the night before. Wicked head for an IPA.

[Can (355ml)] Pours a clear deep golden-orange with a large lasting frothy of-white head. NIce aroma, fruity and hoppy, and backed by bready malt. Flavour starts hoppy followed by bready malt, some fruit and a moderate+ bitter finish. Average to medium bodied. Pretty good IPA.

Gluepot (797) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 29, 2015
A moderate mango, lemon and bread nose. Soft golden colour with a solid, dense white head. This beer has a satisfying blend to it. The tropical fruit are subdued but tasty, set off by a slightly caramel malt. It hits a nice spot on the sweetness meter, offset by a peppery dryness that sets a nice balance. Expected more richness in the body and belligerence in the hop profile at 6.8%, but enjoyed drinking it!
