Draft at the brewery. Hazy pale (not gold, closer to light amber). Good lacing. Herbal, grassy, citrus. Light sweetness, moderate bitterness. Just a little dank. Light body, lean and stark malt backdrop. Overall: solid.

Bottle. Cloudy golden orange pour with a pillowy white head. Aroma is tropical fruit and resin, slight hints of pine. Taste is lighter bodied than expected, but tasty. Plenty of bitterness, some nice tropical fruit and resin as well.

muzzlehatch (4969) - Beloit, Wisconsin, USA - JAN 22, 2017
22 ounce bottle from Badger Spirits in Beloit, WI, served a little below cellar temp from a Flying Fish pint glass. Deep, quite hazy amber gold, large smooth fine-bubbled off-white head that diminishes quite slowly leaving thick crystalline structures behind..."earthy" is right on the money, aroma-wise - intense notes of humus, pine tar and limestone, with an overripe grapefruit-orange mixture making itself felt after a few nosings; very much in the realm of "pungent"...relatively dry body throughout, lots of tart-sour citrus character, a bit of dry cracker or hard bread seems to be offered here as well, becoming more doughy and yeasty towards the finish, which is strong and long and a bit salty and quite bitter for 45 IBU...as it warms it takes on a mustiness that is not altogether unpleasant if like me you’re into these murky, woodsy hop-bombs...strong carbonation, very full body, rather heavy. Another great IPA from TG, not that much more need be said.

Minnesota Beer Trip #200! 12 ounce bottle thanks to jackl, 5/12/16. Hazy orange with fine floating particles. Aroma of lemony hops and pale malt. The taste is pine, tropical fruit, pale malt. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness.

DandyWolfFloyd (1212) - Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 21, 2016
Aroma - earth and a herb quality to the hop. Appearance - body is a mildly hazed amber. The head is 2+" and white and foamy. Head is fairly tight. Very foamy lacing. Taste - full of Columbus hops - fairly earthy, herby, and a touch of resin. Palate - medium body, touch of oil in the texture, average carbonation, slight bitters.

2/5/16. 12oz bottle thanks to cbfobes. Hazy orange pour with a nice khaki head, good lacing. Crazy aroma, dank, loads of fruitiness, something reminds me of a sour beer, weirdly enough. Light bitterness in the flavor, fruity, citrus, light tart citrus and tangerine aspect. Tasty.

fidelis83 (2509) - Clinton, Iowa, USA - FEB 1, 2016
Hazy dark gold to orange pour with a two finger fluff off white head that has great retention. Aroma is caramel, cereal, light biscuit, earthy, citrus, and light spruce hops. Flavor is sweet cereal, light pale caramel, earthy, herbal spicy and spruce hops. Medium, slightly juicy, mostly syrupy entry, medium, sharp carbonation and dry finish. Good stuff overall.

Bottle. Thanks, R! What an awesome surprise! Great beer, too. Pours a hazy medium golden amber with a loose whitish head. Nose is citric; oranges and maybe some kumquats. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Mild toasty caramel underneath a fair bit of oranges and other sweet citrus on the mid palate. Mild pleasant finish. Very solid beer.
